Required Qualifications :

Must possess good trouble-shooting skills with conveyor systems, the assembly of them, control circuits, 480 V power devices, hydraulics and pneumatics systems. General facility utility maintenance activities including conveyor repair, PLC, minor plumbing, and general electric in a manufacturing environment.


Knowledge of PLCs. Perform preventive maintenance, emergency calls and routine checks of production equipment. Troubleshoot, repair and modify system configurations as needed to meet customer needs.


Ability to install belts in machinery, tighten bolts, adjust tension rolls, straighten parts, align rollers and replace defective parts.


Welding and fabrication work when necessary. 


Good communication skills required, along with the ability to work OT when systems are down and be available for on call duty.  


Perform electrical work, replace motors, starters and other minor electrical devices for preventive maintenance and repairs.


Must be able to carryout work orders from manuals and schematics.


Must possess a strong sense of priority and be able to make independent decisions. Ability to work alone and/or run a crew.
